Visit the Serum Product Page and select the Try Before You Buy button when adding to cart. You'll need to proceed to checkout as a regular transaction and provide payment details for the authorization, but you will not be charged until after the trial period ends.

You will have 14 days to try the Serum. after that you will have 5 days to initiate a return if you decided to not keep the product. If you decide to keep the product there won't be any action needed on your end, your card will be charged after the end of the trial period, which is 20 days.

Just log into your account here, using the email you used during checkout. You will see your ordered products all with the option to initiate a return.

We will email you a shipping label so you can easily print the label and drop it off at your nearest postal service. Once the product arrives to our warehouse your order will be closed out and you won't get charged.

The 14 day trial will start once the product gets marked as delivered by the carrier.

When checking out with Try Before you Buy you allow us to pre-authorize your Payment Method immediately for the full price of the product selected. Any products for which you do not initiate a return from our returns portal located here during the fourteen (14) days after the date of delivery provided by the carrier (such time period, the “Trial Period”) will be charged for the full price. You acknowledge and agree that Orpheus may keep your credit card on file for the Trial Period and does not need to obtain any additional authorization from you to charge for products not returned during the Trial Period. Products purchased after the Trial Period are not eligible for a refund. Your Payment Method may be subject to preauthorization, a temporary hold, for the full purchase price of your Try Before You Buy order, which may reduce the available balance or credit limit of your Payment Method for the duration of the temporary hold.
