Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase at Orpheus-skin.com, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 20 days of your order delivery date, following these easy steps:
STEP ONE: COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM & EMAIL US
Please fill in the Online Return Form and Email our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact Customer Care before you send in an item for a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
STEP TWO: RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS
Our Customer Care will assist you further, providing detailed instructions, so that your return is processed timely and properly. We will not be able to process a return unless it has been communicated and approved through our Customer Service.
STEP THREE: PACK & SHIP YOUR RETURN
Please safely pack, include the Return Form and ship it back to us.
NOTE: Returns can only be processed if the Return Form is included in the return. Always use insured shipping method which can be tracked and save the tracking number for your records. Please be aware that shipping costs for your return are not covered by Orpheus.
STEP FOUR: ALLOW 10 DAYS FOR PROCESSING
Upon receipt, please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email once we have refunded the amount. All returns are credited in the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it can take 5 to 7 business days to reflect the transaction.
NOTE: We refund only items purchased from Orpheus-skin.com online store.
If you wish to return a bundle set, you need to return the complete set to be eligible for a refund.
RETURNING ORDERS THAT INCLUDED FREE GIFT
If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, you must include it with your return shipment in order to be refunded. Please keep and enjoy any free samples received in your order.
Currently, we don’t accept international returns.
- Items purchased from a retail store location or through our retail partners are non-refundable.
- Finished or nearly finished products are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if any efforts or refund policy abuse are detected.
- Items that have been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., cannot be returned or refunded.
- If an order is marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate the package, we are unable to refund the order amount.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
